A visit to the Sun City Center Model Railroad club

Over the holidays, I got a chance to visit the Sun City Center Model Railroad club. They have a fairly large HO scale layout.  Now HO scale isn’t really my thing, but these guys did a really good job with the layout, so I thought I’d post some pictures.

They have this huge double track curved trestle on one end of the layout.  They have a really cool campground inside the trestle.  Pretty neat scene.DSC_0241

Here’s a train museum on the layout.  Very nicely done.

They have a 6 track staging yard, 3 tracks in each direction.

Some N scale track spotted!  The n-scale track represents the narrow gauge line from the coal mine to the loader.
